Our company develops, designs, and manufactures jigs, prototype equipment, and systems according to our customers' requests. We would like to introduce a case where our "Poka-Yoke Jig" was implemented at Y Company, a manufacturer of automotive parts. The Poka-Yoke Jig is a device designed to improve the variability in assembly work caused by operators and to stabilize quality. The Poka-Yoke Jig in this case is a simple one, and since using a PLC would be over-spec, we used an SUS SiO controller for I/O control.
